Mike, Kai's dad is a fairly average size bloke, and he wears the 20 as do I, a large chunky woman lol. Kai who is similar size to mike wears an 18. Most adult females are an 18 (if petite 16).   We get asked frequently re wrist size...  due to the chain not being flexible at all its more about the hand size and getting it over the hand so its hard to say what wrist size suits which.  Using us as an example again - I am a 19.5 cm around wrist and wear a mega 20 my husband is 18 cm around wrist  and also wears a mega 20 but at a push can get a 18 on.  Hope this is somewhat helpful.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eOnce you find the right size they are amazing in multiples.
